Cybersecurity Protection

ProtectYourPC provides real-time cybersecurity protection for Windows PCs and Apple Macbooks, including threat detection, malware removal, vulnerability scanning, and automatic security updates. The specific features available to you depend on your chosen subscription plan.

Subscription Plans

Our Services are offered on a subscription basis. Details of available plans, including pricing and features, are described on our website. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis monthly and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Device Coverage

Each subscription plan covers a specified number of computers. You are responsible for registering your devices within the limits of your plan including accurate computer names. Exceeding your device limit may require an upgrade to a higher-tier plan.

4. Account Registration & Security

Account Creation

To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including accurate computer names. You agree to keep your account information up to date and to notify us promptly of any changes.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@protect-your-pc.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

5. Payment & Billing

Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. All fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided to existing subscribers prior to the change taking effect.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Services within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. Refunds are not available for renewals or after the 30-day period.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may suspend access to the Services until payment is received. Continued failure to pay may result in termination of your account.

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use and incorporate such feedback into our Services without any obligation to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the Services until that date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Effect of Termination
